Theresa's kindness and the beautiful view from my room made my stay memorable. I loved the historical charm of the Peaceful Pelican, especially the clawfoot bathtub.

Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, featuring tasty homemade options, along with peaceful surroundings that allowed me to enjoy a lovely view of the bay from the front porch.

the stay started off nicely, but then I discovered the toilet flush handle had to be held down, very inconvenient. also, the leaky bathroom faucet was downright dreadful. I almost gave a good review, but without at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, it just couldn’t happen. truly disappointed, especially after hearing such high praise.

peaceful pelican llc bed & breakfast is a delight! we loved the exquisite breakfast served each morning, and the view from our one-bedroom cottage was just breathtaking. the friendly atmosphere really made us feel at home, and being close to rockport for some adventures is a definite bonus.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved walking along the scenic paths by the bay, just steps away, and explored the fantastic Palacios Golf Course nearby. The breakfasts were delicious, and Paula’s hospitality made our stay memorable. Perfect for a group getaway!

The only downside was the limited snack options available. It didn’t impact our overall experience, but it could be improved for late-night cravings.

Not every detail shines. the room not being serviced daily feels a bit off, and dripping faucets in the bathroom can be annoying, especially when you like things tidy. Some might find the absence of TVs a drag, though for me, it’s a chance to disconnect. Also, navigating steep stairs to certain rooms can be tricky for those not light on their feet. Finally, while close to the bay, the area itself feels a touch rundown, which might dampen the overall vibe.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi in rooms, air conditioning, and lovely in-room breakfast. I still remember how the staff helped return my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

We loved our stay at the cottage! The porch was the best spot for sipping morning coffee. Met some super nice folks too! Breakfast was lovely, a perfect start to the day. Although the snack options were kinda limited, it didn’t ruin our vibe. Really, just an all-around peaceful place to unwind.
